DAMAGED ORDER
In the rare event that your order arrives with you damaged, simply get in touch and I will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Here are the 3 steps to follow :
- Please send me an email to : studio@kickoffstore.co.uk include your order reference number as the Email subject.
- Email x2 photos of the outer packaging, please make sure the 'Do Not Bend' Sticker and address label is clearly visible.
- Email x2 photo clearly showing the damage to your product.
Once I have the x4 specific photographs of the damage, I will be able to reprint and re-send you a replacement order.
